Notice is hereby given that the One hundred and second Annual General Meeting of the Clutha Veterinary Association Inc. will be held Tuesday 10th August 2010 at 8 p.m.

 

Business will include the election of five directors to the board due to the resignations of Messrs P A Allison and A J Cocks and the retirement by rotation of Mrs M Munro, Mr A R Hollander and Mr G M Shaw. 

 

Mr Hollander is not available for re-election.  Any member of the Clutha Veterinary Association may be elected to the board.

 

Nominations for election of Directors are now called for.  Nomination forms are available from the CVA Secretary, Lee McAuslan – Ph. 03-418 1256, P O Box 34, 20 James Street, Balclutha.

 

Nominations on the appropriate form are to be in the hands of the Secretary by 4 p.m. 12 July 2010.
