This is a community fundraising event with all proceeds going back in to community projects.

Hello All Exhibitors

Planning is well on the way for the Expo to be held on Thursday the 3rd of March 2011.
Â
We have over 90 exhibition sites so far with more enquiries still coming in.
Â
The Expo is currently being advertised on Hokonui Radio, Radio Clutha, Otago Southland Farmer, Southern Rural Life and Fonterra daily dockets alongside numerous websites and regional newspapers. Â

A map to Clydevale is attached. Travel times are 20 minutes from Balclutha on the Clutha Valley Road and 45 minutes from Gore, turn off the main highway approx 3 kms north of Waipahi onto Miller Road and follow the signs.

Loading banks and front end loaders will be available to assist exhibitors with the setup and packup. If you need extra manpower to set up, please let us know.
Security will be on site from 10am Wednesday 2nd March to 12pm on Friday the 4th of March. Â

The Expo is open to the public from 9.30am to 4.30pm on Thursday the 3rd of March.

There will be plenty of food available to purchase from the Clutha Valley Friends of the School and a bar will be operating.
