Clutha Vets does not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any personal information
collected by our website, including contact forms, download requests or email lists.

Terms of Trade 2009

Our terms are strictly cash,
unless prior credit arrangements have been made with management.

If accounts are not paid by the due date,
we may charge you interest, legal fees and all costs associated with the recovery of any debt.

This policy applies to all members and does not imply that a particular member has any debit or that we are chasing debit from individual members. The policy is in place to safeguard the Vet Club and any future profit - which is then returned to members.

Ownership of Clinical Records & Radiographs

If a veterinarian takes a radiograph as a diagnostic aid or as an incidental part of what the veterinarian is requested to do, the veterinarian is the owner of the copyright and the Radiograph (X-ray) is retained for use by Clutha Vets.

Clinical Records and their copyright are retained by Clutha Vets.
